Who operates this website

AndronIQ is currently an early-stage brand and venture project operated by independent Hungarian sole entrepreneurs / future sole entrepreneurs. No company is currently registered under the AndronIQ name. For privacy-related questions, contact hello@androniq.ai. Before any formal cooperation, the relevant contracting party, invoicing details, and legal details will be provided separately.

What data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we may collect the data needed to review and respond to your inquiry. If Cloudflare Turnstile or another anti-spam mechanism is used, additional technical signals may be processed for bot detection and abuse prevention.

• your name
• your email address
• your company or organization, if provided
• the content of your message
• the date and time of submission
• technical metadata needed for security, spam prevention, and reliable delivery
• anti-spam signals such as IP address, browser or device signals, user agent data, and a verification token, where applicable

Why we process this data

We process this data for the following purposes:

• to receive and review your inquiry
• to respond to your message
• to discuss possible technical, business, or collaboration opportunities
• to protect the website and contact form against spam, bots, abuse, and security risks
• to maintain basic records of incoming inquiries

Legal basis

Depending on the nature of your inquiry, the legal basis may be one or more of the following:

• your consent when you submit the contact form
• steps taken at your request before entering into a possible agreement
• our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and protecting the website against abuse

How long we keep the data

We keep contact form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. As a default MVP retention rule, inquiries may be kept for up to 12 months after the last relevant communication, unless a longer retention period is necessary because of an active business discussion, legal obligation, dispute, security issue, or future cooperation.

Who may access the data

Access to submitted inquiries is limited to the people involved in operating the AndronIQ brand and responding to messages. We use selected third-party service providers to operate the website, receive and deliver email, protect the contact form from abuse, and maintain the technical infrastructure. These providers may process limited personal or technical data only as necessary to provide their services. The currently used providers are:

• Website hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare
• Email hosting: Google Workspace
• Contact form and email delivery: Resend
• Security and anti-spam protection: Cloudflare and Cloudflare Turnstile
• Analytics: not used

If analytics or additional third-party tools are introduced later, this notice should be updated before or at the time those tools are enabled.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Hungary or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we aim to use providers that apply appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection rules.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to make the following requests. For privacy requests, contact hello@androniq.ai. If you are in Hungary, you may also contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

• request access to your personal data
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request deletion of your data
• request restriction of processing
• object to certain processing
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• request data portability where applicable
• lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

No sensitive information through the form

Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, or special-category personal data through the contact form unless a separate written agreement is already in place. Information submitted through the contact form is treated as a general inquiry.

Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
